This project consists of the construction of a pilot facility designed to study the long-term feasibility of Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) at an existing facility. Construction of the well was completed in 2024 by Hydro Resources. This well project is the first of its kind in North Texas and will be followed by approximately 8 months of pilot study to be performed by Freese and Nichols, Inc. and Jacobs Engineering. This project consists of the construction of an electrical building, yard piping, and other miscellaneous small infrastructure, along with the electrical and instrumentation systems associated with the pumps and equipment installed by the well contractor.
