The main focus of this project was the construction of two residuals lagoons at the Dallas Water Utilities’ East Side Plant. These lagoons required the excavation and handling of approximately 300,000 CY of material, 55,000 CY of which required lime stabilization to be used as the lagoon liner. Other work in this project consisted of approximately 22,000 LF of various sizes of yard piping, paving, washwater recovery basin modifications, fencing, and electrical improvements.
