- Inspection and repair of the 60-in West Bank Force Main at the west side of the Riverfront Boulevard and Cadiz Street intersection.
- Installation of the Cadiz Siphon RTU and termination of the wires at the East Bank-West Bank Siphon Interceptor.
- Construction of the 30-in and 42-in Line Z sanitary sewer south interceptor.
- Construction of Bypass Pump Stations No. 1 on the existing 90-in East Bank Interceptor, with a capacity of 130 MGD, No. 2 on the existing 51-in and No. 3 on the existing 54-in sanitary sewer lower north interceptor, with capacities of 20 MGD.
- Installation and operation of bypass pumping to divert flow from the 90-in East Bank interceptor and the 51 and 54-in lower north interceptors.
- Structural rehabilitation of the Y-Inlet structure at Cadiz Pump Station.
- Refurbish five (5) pumps and motors at the Cadiz Pump Station.
- Electrical improvements at the Cadiz Pump Station.
- Provide and install a new PLC (LPU-D1) inside the Cadiz Pump Station within the existing enclosure. Includes startup and testing of the LPU-D1.
